Something to Try Out this Weekend

Bread without a timetable. I would say it was good. It was on the dense and heavy side, but that is usually fine for toast (my main habit). But it did mold quicker than most of my breads, could have been the bag it was in though. Anyhow, check it out.

  1. Hi Emmy,

The Bread Without a Timetable really seems like a practical way of making bread. I recently got a book on bread baking called Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day that sounds like a very good way to bake bread, too.

So far, I haven't tried it though. It involves making a loose, soft dough and keeping it in the fridge and taking pieces of it off to make artisan loaves.
